Recommended Dose for Children, by Age and % Daily Value:
1-3 year olds: ¼ teaspoon, twice daily, dissolved in very hot water provides 70% of the daily magnesium requirement of 80mg
4-8 year olds: ¬Ω teaspoon, twice daily, dissolved in very hot water provides 85% of the daily magnesium requirement of 130mg
9-13 year olds: 1 teaspoon, twice daily, dissolved in very hot water provides 90%of the daily magnesium requirement of 240mg
