Refund + Cancellation 

1. Refunds Within 24 Hours: If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer support team at info@wellderfull.com immediately to initiate the refund process.

2. Refunds After 24 Hours: After the initial 24 hours of purchase have passed, we will no longer offer refunds for any reason. All sales will be considered final.

Returns

1. We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. To start a return, you can contact us at info@wellderfull.com Once your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense unless a mistake was made from our end. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition. If the product meets the return criteria, we will process a refund for the original purchase amount. Please note that the refund will not include any shipping fees.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables and personalized items are not eligible for returns. Please review the product description to determine whether your item falls under this category. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or redeemed products using our reward system. 

Late Returns
If a return request is made after the 3-day return window has passed, we will not accept the item back, and it will be considered a final sale.

Returned Items Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
