Directions:
Adults: Take 2-3 capsules before going to bed or as needed for the relief of insomnia. Store between 15ยฌโC to 25ยฌโC, away from children.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have depression and/or related diseases, or if you are breastfeeding. Do not use if you are pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
