Description
Organic Peppermint is an herbal tea that is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to aid digestion.
Directions
Pour 240 ml freshly boiled water over 1 to 2 tea bags as directed and allow to steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
