Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15ยฌโC and 25ยฌโC, away from children.
Warning
Occasional nausea may be experienced if zinc is taken on an empty stomach. Keep in a cool and dry place, away from children.
Use of zinc tablets should be limited to short term therapy, such as the treatment of cold symptoms for about 1 week.
Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
