Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal containing oil or fat. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Store in a cool, dry place, between 15ยฌโC and 25ยฌโC, away from children.
Warning
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if: you are pregnant or breastfeeding; you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice); you have an iron deficiency; you are taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures. Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
