BioSteel Recovery Protein Vanilla
BioSteel Recovery Protein is a protein supplement made from whey and casein. This product contains high-quality proteins to help repair damaged muscle tissue post-workout. It can also be used as an effective meal replacement (MRP) or weight-gainer shake by adding more liquid to the mix. BioSteel Recovery Protein contains 24 grams of protein per serving, consisting of fast-digesting whey and slow-digesting casein. Directions
Suggested use
Mix 2 scoops (60 g) with 480 mL water. Consume within the 30 min before training or between meals.
