Traditionally used in Ayureda as Dipana (digestive tonic), to help promote digestion.

Recommended Dosage: Take one capsule daily with food, two hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner

Caution: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, intestinal disorders or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever
